I have been in the Real Estate business as a Sales Agent for the past four years. My Community Planning & Development and Government experience has provided extensive involvement in all aspects of real estate. This includes site analysis, marketing, government regulations, and project management. With the complexities of today's real estate market, especially along the Rhode Island and Connecticut coastlines, a Sales Agent needs to understand all the forces that shape and mold the true value of real estate. I have two degrees from the University of Rhode Island, BS in Natural Resources and a Masters of Community Planning. I have lived in first Westerly, RI and for the last 26 years, Hopkinton, RI. My government employment included the Town Planner position in Westerly, Hopkinton & Richmond, RI. As a Land Use Planning Consultant, I have worked in all Washington County communities, either for the Towns directly or for private clients. So, I am very familiar with all the communities that make up Washington County, plus many more in Rhode Island and nearby southeastern Connecticut.
Because of my past experience, I am capable of assisting clients looking to purchase or sell a residence, buy or lease a commercial property, or find that perfect building lot for your dream home.
